My Mac does not appear on the tablet
The tablet cannot find your Mac in the device list.
Release details will be updated when distribution begins.
Try these steps
- Open Duo Pro on both devices.
- Confirm that the Mac and tablet are on a local network where devices can communicate. Guest Wi-Fi isolation can block discovery.
- Check any network access prompt shown by the release app, then refresh the device list on the tablet.
